1. General Information

This website and the services offered are operated by Anni Spanish Fluency, an individual offering online Spanish lessons. Accessing and using this website, as well as purchasing any services, implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Services are provided digitally and are primarily available to students located in the United States.

2. Nature of the Service

Anni Spanish Fluency offers one-on-one online Spanish classes conducted via Zoom.

The services operate under a subscription-based model with one-time payments per selected period, and include:

  • Downloadable materials

  • Digital learning resources

The service is educational and communication-focused. No specific results are guaranteed, as language progress depends on the student’s commitment, practice, and consistency.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed via PayPal.

All payments are one-time payments per selected period. No automatic subscriptions are currently used.

If payment is not received, access to classes will be suspended until payment is completed.

At this time, no official tax invoices (CFDI) are issued.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • No refunds are issued once a class or service period has started.

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

  • Missed classes may be rescheduled if prior notice is given.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and is limited by the instructor’s policies.

Anni Spanish Fluency reserves the right to reschedule or modify class times due to operational reasons, with prior notice to the student.

5. Use of Classes and Materials

Classes are intended for the exclusive use of the enrolled student.

  • Recording classes without explicit permission is not allowed.

  • Provided materials are for personal and educational use only and may be used by the student, including for limited commercial purposes, while respecting intellectual property rights.

  • Unused classes do not expire within the contracted period unless otherwise agreed.

6. Service Disclaimer

The student acknowledges that:

  • Language learning progress depends on their own effort, practice, and participation.

  • No specific results within a defined timeframe are guaranteed.

  • The service is strictly educational and does not replace official certifications.

7. Personal Data Protection

In compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Anni Spanish Fluency collects only the following personal data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

This data is used for:

  • Class management

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico). Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the state of Coahuila, Mexico.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using the services of Anni Spanish Fluency, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
